"Obviously everybody's responsible, including me, for doing things properly," Belichick said. "And we intend to do that." His comments came as the school opened a probe into the program's conduct and navigated recent personnel changes.
A former general manager has resigned from his post amid the turmoil, and Steve Belichick, assistant coach and son of the head coach, is on medical leave. The university has not released a detailed timeline for the investigation or disclosed its full scope.
